Adolescents/Teens: Our pottery classes for ages 10-12, 11-14, and 13-17 are designed for students to develop their skills in both wheel-throwing and hand-building. Students will learn techniques in shaping, decorating, and glazing pottery, giving them the tools to express their creativity with clay. Older teens (13+ class) also have the opportunity to glaze their pieces in the final class. 

Youth: For young creators, this pottery class introduces kids ages 8-10 (age 7 with instructor permission) to the fundamentals of sculpture and hand-building with clay. Over the course of 4-6 creative pottery projects, students will explore their artistic side, developing skills in shaping, sculpting, and decorating clay by hand. Pieces will be carefully glazed and fired by staff.
