Wheel-throwing & Hand-building (Tuesday evening class)
October 17 @ 6:30 pm – 9:00 pm
This semi-private ceramics class focuses on learning and developing hand-building and/or wheel-throwing skills. Students will receive individualized instruction based on where they are. Open to novice students and students with some experience. Scheduling: 2.5 hrs/week. 6 weeks of class plus an additional glazing session. The glazing session will be held on Saturday, November 4th between 10AM-3PM. Individual slots will be booked the first week of class.
All pieces are limited to 8” in height and width. Classes must have 4 enrolled to run. Instruction, materials, and firing costs included in the fee. The studio provides tools; however, you are welcome to bring your own Kemper Pottery Tool Kit. We use brown stoneware clay and studio-made glazes.
