Creative Writing for Adults: Humor Writing

Bring your own peculiar sense of humor to this session to work on the craft of creative writing intended to entertain, get cheap laughs, or make us think differently about the world. We’ll discuss humor of various genres—from farce to fake news, storytelling to satire, and workshop a few of the go-to devices for making readers laugh: exaggeration, puns, reversals, and the rule of three.
