May 6th – 31st The Lost & Found Project: A photojournalism exhibit by Nicole Wade

Join us at the opening reception on May 6th from 6-8pm at FYACS or stop by any time during regular hours during the month of May to tour the exhibit.

The Lost & Found Project is a photojournalism show that examines the intersection of self-esteem, body image, and personal narrative, and the roles of familial and cultural influences, as well as social media. Through photography and long format interviews, we seek to tell the stories of how this messaging has impacted feelings of worthiness, and self-efficacy, as well as the chain reaction of this narrative, and what it means for next generations, community members, and society. And moreover, how do we navigate these feelings with a computer at our fingertips?
